Sweet Potato Fries



  • Sweet potatoes (1 per person)
  • Olive oil
  • Choice of spices: chili pepper and kosher salt OR Lawry’s salt OR cinnamon and sugar (you get the idea)


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes into fry shapes and toss with a generous amount of olive oil and your choice of seasonings.
  3. Bake in a single layer on a cookie sheet for 25 minutes. (Cleanup is easier if you line the cookie sheet with foil.)
