  1. Brined, roasted turkey
    Roasted, spiced sweet potato “fries”
    Mashed potatoes
    Acorn squash with chile-lime vinaigrette
    Corn bread stuffing
    My grandma’s homemade butterhorn rolls
    Winter fruit salad
    Caramel-cranberry tart
    Cheesecake of some variety

I totally WOULD do Thanksgiving this year, if it weren’t for all the naysayers whining for the “traditional” foods. So all I get to make is the acorn squash and the winter fruit salad, which I suppose is something. If it were up to me, I would have no pumpkin pie.
