Chicken Cheese Soup

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/3 C onion sauteed in butter
2 C cream of chicken soup
1/2 C cheddar cheese
1 C water
1/2 C milk
1 lb Velveeta (Can use less)

Cook chicken and dice. Combine soup, onion, and water; add milk. Shred cheese into mixture. Add chicken and warm
