Carrie’s Cinnamon Rolls

This is one of those non-measuring type of recipes from my friend Carrie’s kitchen. Enjoy!


  • 12 frozen cinnamon rolls
  • pecans or walnuts
  • butterscotch pudding mix (powder, not instant)
  • brown sugar
  • butter


  1. Spray 13×9 inch pan with Pam, then layer nuts on the bottom.
  2. Evenly distribute the frozen rolls, then shake pudding powder over the top.
  3. Add brown sugar (to your liking) next, the finish with pats of butter.
  4. Cover and let sit to rise according to instructions on the roll package.
  5. Bake according to instructions. And eat to your heart’s content.
